abcph Casino Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "abcph," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to abcph Casino, a PAGCOR-registered online gaming and sports betting platform operated under Philippine law and accessible at abcph.org.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the abcph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on abcph, which provides access to gaming services, wallet functions, and platform features.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by abcph as part of a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by a Player via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, InstaPay, QR Ph, GrabPay, or other approved payment methods, which are immediately available for withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by abcph in compliance with Philippine AML and gaming regulations, involving submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and a selfie photograph.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body under whose framework abcph is registered and operates.

By accessing the abcph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and abcph. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the abcph platform. Continued use of abcph following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and use the abcph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to PAGCOR-registered online gaming platforms.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful and permitted.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of abcph, any of its game providers, payment processors, or affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded from abcph or any other PAGCOR-registered gaming platform, or be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect.
• You must not be a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) as defined under applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations without prior written approval from abcph's compliance team.

abcph reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Provision of false information during registration or KYC, including misrepresentation of age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on abcph at any time. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abcph account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. abcph recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform. You must notify abcph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or use your abcph account — is prohibited. abcph will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of account sharing. All transactions conducted from your account are deemed to be your own, regardless of who physically executed them.

All accounts on abcph are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an abcph account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

abcph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. abcph does not charge platform fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider's own transaction fees may apply independently of abcph.

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals process within an average of 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO) process within one (1) hour. Jackpot or unusually large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification and may take up to 24 hours.

abcph applies the following withdrawal policy:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods owned by and registered to the same individual as the abcph account holder. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
• abcph reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawals where fraud, AML risk, or identity concerns are detected, which may delay processing beyond standard timeframes.
• In cases where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, abcph may require that the equivalent amount be withdrawn to the same method before permitting withdrawal to an alternative method.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.

abcph may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to Players. All promotions offered by abcph are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Only Players who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully registered abcph account in good standing are eligible to participate in promotions.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is specified in that promotion's individual terms.
• abcph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have claimed the offer in good faith.
• The use of multiple accounts, shared payment methods, or coordinated wagering to abuse promotional offers constitutes bonus fraud and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account termination.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when wagering with Bonus Funds. Specific limits are detailed per promotion. Bets exceeding maximum bonus bet limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All games available on the abcph platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from independently audited third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili, Hacksaw Gaming, and others. Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG mechanisms and are not manipulated by abcph.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a gaming session, abcph reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the relevant stake amount to the Player's account. Where game records are irreconcilably disputed, the records held by abcph's game servers shall be considered definitive, subject to review by the relevant game provider.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages computed over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will naturally deviate from these averages. RTP does not guarantee any outcome on any individual session or session sequence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abcph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with abcph games or the platform interface in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using abcph to facilitate transactions connected to illegal activities under Philippine law, including AMLA-covered offenses.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or unintended platform behaviors for financial gain. Discovery of any such issue must be reported to abcph support immediately.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers through the creation of multiple accounts, use of shared payment methods, or coordinated play patterns designed to generate net-positive expected value from promotional terms.
• Attempting to access or interfere with abcph's backend systems, databases, or the accounts of other Players through any unauthorized means.
• Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or residency during registration, KYC, or any interaction with abcph.

All intellectual property on the abcph platform — including but not limited to the abcph brand name and logo, website design, software, game integrations, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of abcph or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by abcph or its partners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the abcph platform or its content without the prior written consent of abcph. Unauthorized use of abcph's intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement or copyright violation under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abcph shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the abcph platform, including loss of winnings not caused by platform malfunction.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside abcph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or to notify abcph promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
• Financial losses arising from your voluntary participation in abcph games. Gambling involves risk, and results are determined by certified RNG outcomes beyond abcph's control.

abcph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abcph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and applicable PAGCOR data handling regulations. Your personal information, including registration details, KYC documents, transaction records, and gaming history, is collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

abcph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the AMLC) strictly on a need-to-know basis and in compliance with applicable law. abcph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered abcph account holders and are accessible from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a minimum 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible losses over a defined period, after which further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard stops on active gaming sessions to prevent excessive play durations.

abcph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where abcph reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Continuation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to abcph.
• The Player has made a self-exclusion request or has been identified as a problem gambler.
• abcph is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority.

Upon lawful termination of an account not resulting from breach or prohibited conduct, Real Money Funds remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method subject to standard KYC and AML verification. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon termination in all cases.

abcph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, bonus conditions, or withdrawal policies — abcph will provide reasonable notice via email to registered Players or via a notice displayed prominently on the abcph platform.

Your continued use of abcph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the abcph platform and may request account closure at any time via live support chat.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of the Civil Code, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming operations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to abcph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting abcph support via live chat or email. abcph aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. Disputes not resolved internally may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

The parties agree that the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through internal or PAGCOR-administered dispute resolution.
