This Privacy Policy describes how abcph ("abcph," "we," "us," or "our") — a PAGCOR-registered online casino and sports betting platform accessible at abcph.org — collects, uses, processes, shares, stores, and protects the personal data of its users ("you," "your," or "Player") in connection with the provision of abcph's gaming, payment, and support services.

abcph does not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly required for identity verification and regulatory compliance — specifically government ID data and biometric selfies for KYC purposes. These are processed under the lawful basis described in Section 6.

Some of abcph's third-party service providers — particularly international game providers and KYC technology platforms — may process or store data on servers located outside the Philippines. abcph ensures that any such international transfer of personal data is subject to adequate protection through one or more of the following safeguards:

• Contractual obligations imposing data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law, including standard contractual clauses;
• The recipient country or jurisdiction being recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection; or
• Specific consent from the Player where required and applicable.

abcph will not transfer personal data internationally to any third party that does not provide satisfactory data protection assurances consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

abcph retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the following retention principles and applicable legal requirements:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your registration with abcph and for a period of five (5) years following permanent account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the last transaction associated with the account, consistent with AMLA anti-money laundering requirements.
• Transaction records: Financial transaction history is retained for five (5) years minimum for regulatory and audit purposes.
• Support communications: Live chat transcripts and support correspondence are retained for three (3) years for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Records of marketing consent and withdrawal of consent are retained indefinitely to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function correctly — including session authentication, account security, and the login process. These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functions.
• Functional cookies: Store your preferences such as language settings, remembered login state (if "Keep me signed in" is enabled), and display preferences.
• Analytical cookies: Collect anonymised or pseudonymised data about how Players use abcph — pages visited, features used, and session durations — to help abcph improve the platform experience. This data is not used for individual profiling.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, all abcph Players registered as Philippine residents are entitled to the following rights with respect to their personal data:

• Right to be informed: You have the right to be informed of how your personal data is collected, used, and stored — as described in this Policy.
• Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data abcph holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data abcph holds about you. Some corrections can be made directly via your account settings.
• Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to abcph's legal obligations to retain certain data under PAGCOR and AMLA regulations.

The abcph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. abcph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. The 21+ age requirement is enforced through KYC identity verification using valid Philippine government IDs at the account verification stage.

If abcph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, such account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted to the extent legally permissible, and any funds held in the account will be returned to the verified owner of the payment method used.

abcph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. Where changes are material — affecting the nature of data collected, the purposes of processing, or Player rights — abcph will notify registered Players via email to their registered email address and display a prominent notice on the abcph platform prior to the effective date of the changes.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made.
